Updated quality measure tables, aligned with the implementation of OASIS-D1 on January 1, 2020, are now available on the Home Health Quality Reporting website on the Quality Measures page, in the Downloads sections. The outcome, process, and potentially avoidable events measure tables include measure definitions and data sources, as well as information about National Quality Forum endorsement and use in the Quality of Patient Care star ratings.
