Join us in Baltimore for the premier OASIS and HOPE training, certification & AI solutions conference for clinicians.
For more than 20 years, the OASIS Answers COS-C Conference has been the premier home health OASIS educational event for clinicians, educators, auditors, and quality leaders. With the launch of HOPE, we’re excited to expand this gathering to hospice professionals who are equally committed to data accuracy, compliance, and meaningful patient outcomes.
The 2026 COS-C/CHS-C Conference will spotlight the April 2026 launch of OASIS-E2 and the evolving guidance for the HOPE tool. Attendees can tailor their learning by selecting the OASIS Track, HOPE Track, or the combined OASIS+HOPE Track with each option offering a comprehensive deep dive into the CMS data collection rules for their chosen focus. This is an advanced-level environment where the “room” itself – seasoned clinicians, QA leaders, consultants, vendors, and regulators – becomes one of the most valuable learning assets.

A.I. Day
A One Day Experience
March 19, 2026
All attendees will come together for a dedicated day focused on the use of AI to support OASIS and HOPE efficiency and accuracy. Learn from experts about how AI-enabled technology interacts with current CMS requirements and explore practical, real-world applications for documentation, coding, and review.
Engage in small-group or one-on-one demos with home health and hospice technology partners showcasing current and upcoming AI-supported OASIS and HOPE coding and audit tools. Hear directly from clinicians who are already using AI solutions – what’s working, what safeguards they rely on, and how they maintain clinical judgment and compliance.
Staff from CMS will be invited to share insights and expectations that agencies should consider when establishing AI governance, guardrails, and oversight. This unique convening of experts and end-users is an important forum to ask exciting and hard questions, surface opportunities and risks, and ensure the clinician voice – those most impacted by AI implementation – actively shapes the conversation and the path forward.

AI Day is intentionally designed to educate and empower you to evaluate, select, and responsibly use AI solutions that promote compliance, accuracy, and efficiency. Conference registrants will also have the opportunity to be among the first to sit for the OASIS-E2 version of the Certificate for OASIS Specialist–Clinical (COS-C) Exam or the Certificate for HOPE Specialist–Clinical (CHS-C) Exam.
Beyond the formal schedule, attendees are encouraged to participate in structured and informal networking, including our beloved “Prep in Your PJ’s” exam study session. Come with questions for faculty, vendors, and peers—and leave with the clarity, language, and confidence to influence data accuracy expectations and outcomes in your organization or for your consulting or technology partners.
This conference is open to all home health and hospice providers, consultants, technology partners, and other interested stakeholders, including current and prospective COS-C and CHS-C candidates.
