Public Comment Period Now Open
The public comment period is now open for review of the OASIS-E1 PRA released by CMS on April 5, 2024. Agencies are invited to submit comments related to the estimated burden and other aspects of the proposed OASIS-E1 data collection.
Comments may be sent electronically or by regular mail. For additional information and instructions please reference the Federal Register website. The comment period is open for 60 days and all comments must be received by June 4, 2024.
