There are many new updates in 2025 for the expanded Home Health Value-Based Purchasing (HHVBP) Model and Home Health Quality Reporting Program (QRP). At times, it can be difficult to keep everything straight as to what is happening and when for each. The following tables are a quick reference of changes home health agencies can anticipate in Calendar Year (CY) 2025 with Home Health QRP and VBP.
Quarter 1 – 2025
