Partner with the experts shaping the future of OASIS, HOPE, and AI in post-acute care
Sponsor the 2026 COS-C/CHS-C Conference
The 2026 COS-C/CHS-C Conference brings together a national representation of experienced home health and hospice clinicians, QA leaders, educators, consultants, and technology partners. For more than 20 years, OASIS Answers’ COS-C Conference has been the premier home health OASIS educational event. With the launch of HOPE and the introduction of CHS-C, we’re expanding to hospice professionals who care deeply about data accuracy, compliance, and meaningful patient outcomes.
In 2026, the Conference will spotlight the April launch of OASIS-E2 and evolving HOPE guidance—alongside a full-day focus on AI-enabled support for OASIS and HOPE tasks. This is a powerful moment for technology companies to listen, learn, and lead.
Why Sponsor This Unique Conference?
The Clinician/Champion Perspective on AI
- ✓ Frontline clinicians who live in OASIS and HOPE every day
- ✓ QA leaders and educators who drive adoption, training, and governance
- ✓ Agency executives and consultants who influence purchasing decisions
- ✓ Nationally recognized experts in OASIS, HOPE, and CMS data collection rules
You’ll gain a clear, unfiltered view of what these experts really need from AI-enabled OASIS and HOPE solutions — their questions, concerns, and requests related to accuracy, workflow impact, governance, and trust. This is a rare opportunity to ensure the clinician voice — those most directly responsible for patient care and most impacted by AI implementation — actively shapes your roadmap and the path forward.
CMS Perspective on AI & Compliance
Representatives from CMS will be invited to provide insight and guidance related to AI use, data integrity, and compliance expectations. For technology partners, having a front-row seat to this dialogue – alongside the questions and reactions from experienced clinicians – offers invaluable context to inform product design, governance decisions, and messaging.
