Bring HOPE training directly to your hospice—customized for your team, your workflows, and CMS compliance. HOPE in Action: Private Training is the most flexible way to prepare staff for the Hospice Outcomes & Patient Evaluation (HOPE) tool, ensuring accurate data collection while aligning with your organization’s unique policies and EMR processes.

Led by two expert OASIS Answers instructors, private HOPE training can be delivered as a live virtual webinar or as an in-person session at your site, giving your team access to nationally recognized guidance in the format that works best for you. Training content covers item-by-item coding conventions, HOPE assessment timepoints, and real-world hospice scenarios—all designed to help your staff build confidence and accuracy before and after HOPE implementation.

For larger hospices, private training also provides the option to host the CHS-C Exam onsite immediately following the workshop. This allows groups of 15 or more staff to move seamlessly from learning to certification, demonstrating mastery of CMS HOPE guidance while boosting agency-wide accuracy and compliance.
