HOPE in Action

This 2-part recorded webinar is the ideal way to launch Hospice Outcomes and Patient Evaluation (HOPE) training at your hospice or to train staff as needed. All Medicare-certified hospices are required to begin using the HOPE tool beginning October 1, 2025, when HOPE replaces the Hospice Item Set (HIS). This training focuses on:

  • Four HOPE timepoints and the special visit(s) needed for symptom follow-up
  • All items new to HOPE
  • Revised and challenging HIS items that remain in HOPE
  • Realistic hospice scenarios allowing you to “show what you know” and reinforce concepts learned in this series
