The CHS-C exam covers current HOPE Guidance. If you pass the exam, your CHS-C designation will be valid for three years after your testing date.
At exam check-in time, you must present two forms of identification, one of which must be a valid government-issued photo ID. You may bring ANY paper-based HOPE reference materials into the examination, including the CMS HOPE Guidance Manual, CMS HOPE FAQs, the HOPE in Action training handout and the INSTANT HOPE Answers book.
