CMS posts April 2025 Quarterly OASIS Q&As

On April 15, 2025 CMS posted new guidance related to OASIS data collection, in the form of the April Quarterly OASIS Q&As. Among other things, these Q&As include important new guidance related to situations where OT is the only remaining service when there is a Medicare payer change, and clarification related to the transition to All-Payer data collection for OASIS.
