The draft OASIS-E2 Guidance Manual was posted to download section of the HH OASIS User Manuals webpage on December 18, 2025. Updates to the manual include updates regarding all-payer OASIS data collection and submission guidance, incorporation of OASIS Q&As into Chapter 1 and Chapter 3 of the manual, and other updates to items based on instrument updates.
On December 18th, 2025, CMS posted the OASIS-E2 Data Specifications to the HH Data Specifications webpage. This new document can be found in the download section and will go into effect April 1, 2026, when OASIS-E2 is implemented.
