Six new Q&As were published by CMS on April 16th, providing updated OASIS guidance related to:

Discharge to Community – Post-Acute Care
Did you know this claims-based outcome measure has been reported on Care Compare since 2019 and will be included in the expanded HHVBP Model measure set beginning CY 2025 impacting CY 2027 payment?
