On March 4, 2026, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) posted two updated resources for providers related to the calculation of the quality measures used in the Home Health Quality Reporting Program (HHQRP). Note that these references also support Home Health Value-Based Purchasing (HHVBP) measures, when applicable to the Expanded HHVBP Model.

- Risk Adjustment Specifications: Risk Adjustment Technical Specifications 2026
